Elderly care is globally facing an enormous economic pressure; the population is aging and growing leading to an unbearable burden. There is a desperate need for new innovations that lower costs and boost quality of care. The first thing you'll need assistance with while aging is the personal hygiene, and today there are not enough resources to help people to shower when they need.

AbleOn develop the only shower aid that takes the elders and people with disabilities safely through the entire shower routine. The system is modular, and consists of several parts that can grow with the users specific needs. It can easily be installed in any bathroom and has an appealing ergonomic design to minimize stigma. The system is developed in close collaboration with all users from the beginning. It is one of a kind with a huge potential to help people all around the world. AbleOn will allow elders to live safe and independent at home, relieve healthcare workers from unbearable workload, and drastically lower expenses in elderly care.

Out of 415 participants, We won the Nordic Independent Living Challenge (www.realchallenge.com). Through the competition, we created an important network and we are invited back for launch in all Nordic countries. We have Oslo and Vaksdal municipality as our fantastic pilot customers, paying for our final prototype. With our amazing team, there is no limit for what we can do.
