Our online platform provides a secured space where subcontractors can upload and store their documents once, and make them accessible for all their customers.
Providing value-added services beyond the technology solution, we remind our members when documents are missing or approaching the end of their validity. When possible and desired we will also collect documents from authorities or organisations (e.g. insurance, tax office).
General contractors have thus an overview if their sub-contractor’s documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Our service offering to them: tell us if a document is missing or (soon) outdated and we will chase those documents for you. There is also an option to group all subcontractors that work on specific projects, which presents construction supervisors a one-stop-shop overview about the status of all subcontractors on their building site.
