Our team of founders gathers a set of experiences that combines the ability to develop a portfolio of real estate investments capable of generating increasing returns over time with a solid capacity to develop technologies for managing highly complex real estate assets such as the Titanium Tower in Santiago de Chile, project of which the Team Leader was an important part. 

We have also developed successful ventures both in the United States and in Chile, which combined represent a value of more than USD 8 million dollars both in the real estate area and in the technologies associated with this industry. 

We have been working as a team for about a year on this project and we have known each other since 2012.
