Pulsa Creatives is a Belgian digital product studio based in Brussels. We design and develop websites, web applications and digital platforms for clients, while also building our own internal projects and ventures.

Our work focuses on creating practical, modern and scalable digital solutions for businesses, institutions, public services and organizations that want to improve their digital presence, streamline their operations or launch new digital products. Pulsa Creatives supports projects from idea to execution: understanding the need, designing a clear user experience, developing the product, and preparing it for real-world use.

The studio combines client work with in-house innovation. On one side, Pulsa Creatives helps external clients build websites, applications, platforms and custom digital tools. On the other side, we develop our own projects when we identify strong market needs or public-interest problems that can be addressed through technology.

One of the main in-house projects developed by Pulsa Creatives is Urgentis, a Belgian HealthTech / B2B SaaS startup based in Brussels. Urgentis develops a cloud-based platform for the intelligent management of queues, appointments and real-time flows, with a progressive approach: medical practices first, municipalities second, and hospital emergency departments afterwards.

The problem addressed by Urgentis is simple: in many services, patients, citizens and users wait without clear visibility, reliable information about their position, or a proper understanding of their journey and waiting time. For professionals, this lack of visibility creates interruptions, poor flow organization, unnecessary administrative workload and a degraded user experience.

Urgentis provides a concrete solution by making waiting visible, organized and manageable. The platform allows patients, citizens and users to track their progress, receive useful information and better understand their journey. On the organization side, it gives teams a real-time view of queues, appointments, statuses, priorities, checkpoints and operational indicators.

The first commercial vertical is Urgentis Médecin, targeting medical practices, medical centers and healthcare professionals who want to better manage appointments, waiting queues, patient communication and local visibility. The second vertical is Urgentis Commune, targeting municipalities and local public services that want to modernize reception, appointment management and citizen flows. The third vertical is Urgentis Urgences, targeting hospital emergency departments, a more complex but highly defensible market.

Urgentis is already developed and is now entering a phase of commercial structuring, pilot preparation and financing. The next steps include consolidating the go-to-market strategy, securing the first pilot deployments, strengthening the investor file and preparing a pre-seed fundraising round to accelerate its development in Belgium.

Through EuroQuity, Pulsa Creatives seeks to connect with potential clients, partners, investors, mentors and experts. The goal is both to develop new digital projects with organizations that need websites, applications or custom platforms, and to support the growth of Urgentis as one of the studio’s main internal ventures.
