The ingredient has demonstrated the ability to replace multiple conventional components, including E-numbers, starches, and fats, while simultaneously enriching foods with high-quality protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, omegas, and carotenoids. Having successfully validated its technology, Alver has entered an acceleration phase focused on industrial scale-up and market deployment.
