Leszczyńskie Centrum Biznesu Ltd. is a municipal company and a Business Support Institution that has been actively supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and social development in the Leszno region for over 13 years.

Our mission is to build a dynamic and sustainable business ecosystem in which entrepreneurs – both start-ups and mature companies – can develop, cooperate, and implement innovative ideas. We operate primarily for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, providing long-term support at every stage of business development.

LCB operates as the Entrepreneurship Incubator in Leszno, combining the role of an incubator, competence center, and regional development animator. We create a space where business meets education, local government, science, and civil society. By connecting entrepreneurs with municipalities, universities, research and development institutions, and business partners, we build strong cross-sector partnerships based on trust and cooperation.

Our activities focus on strengthening the competitiveness and innovation capacity of local companies, developing entrepreneurial skills, supporting job creation, and increasing the resilience of the regional economy. We actively participate in the Greater Poland network of Business Support Institutions and contribute to regional innovation policies, smart specialisation initiatives, and pro-innovation service networks.

Innovation is a key pillar of our operations. LCB supports green transformation, digital skills development, and access to global value chains. Through advisory services, mentoring programs, youth entrepreneurship initiatives, and cooperation with national and international partners, we help local companies adapt to market and technological changes and grow beyond regional and national markets.

We strongly believe that economic development must go hand in hand with social responsibility and sustainability. Therefore, LCB implements initiatives supporting women in business, youth entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and environmental responsibility, including ESG-oriented activities and educational programs.

Our long-term goal is to strengthen the international potential of local entrepreneurs and to build a European innovation community that enables companies from Leszno and the subregion to participate effectively in international cooperation, innovation processes, and sustainable economic growth.
