ONLY SPANISH COMPANIES
Created in 2007 in France, the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Retail Grand Prize supports and encourages innovation in retail, offering promising concepts the opportunity to start a success story in one of the shopping centers of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group.
What are the prizes?
- BIG PRIZE: € 200,000 for the lease of a store (discount on rent or reform)
- POPUP AWARD # 1 € 50,000 for the lease of a kiosk (discount on rent or reform)
- POPUP AWARD # 2 € 50,000 for the lease of a kiosk (discount on rent or reform)
Are you elegible?
- Idea created after January 1, 2014.
- New companies must have a real and viable product.
- Maximum of 2 open physical points of sale and never before in a shopping center.
- Geography: all regions of Spain, but capable of operating in Barcelona.
