ACCELERO Co-creation Design Sprint - A Detailed Exploration (4th-8th September 2023)
Anticipation is high as the ACCELERO Co-creation Design Sprint is on the horizon. In this article, we aim to provide an overview of the comprehensive activities awaiting our consortium partners and Business Support Organisations (BSOs). The end goal: transforming collective expertise into actionable results that resonate with the market's needs.
Design Sprint Structure: Each session will span 2 to 3 hours daily:
- Day 1: Problem Framing
- Delve into the challenge, focusing on root causes.
- Define the problem distinctly.
- Establish proto-personas and scripts, shaping our primary user.
- Outcome: Attaining a shared understanding of the problem and the targeted user persona.
- Day 2: Empathy
- Dive into user interactions.
- Sharpen the personas.
- Undertake brainstorming sessions.
- Outcome: A refined view of the target and a cherry-picked idea set for evolution.
- Day 3: Ideation
- Prioritize striking ideas or theories.
- Set the ideation wheel in motion.
- Outcome: Commence on shaping the idea, centring on user-centric value propositions.
- Day 4: Prototyping
- Elucidate the projected experience or service from the perspectives of both customers and BSOs.
- Outcome: A fleshed-out prototype elucidating the core value proposition.
- Day 5: Test
- Introduce the prototype to genuine users and domain experts.
- Engage in insightful discussions and refine the solution further.
- Outcome: A vetted and polished solution prepped for real-world application.
By the culmination of this sprint, the grand vision of ACCELERO will see a metamorphosis into actionable solutions ready for deployment. This initiative aligns with our obligations under the Horizon Europe framework, bolstering European Innovation Ecosystems and catalysing support for startups and SMEs.
